Panzer’s x Waddesdon Estate

Earlier this year Holland Harvey were invited to work on a proposal commissioned by the Waddesdon Estate in Aylesbury. Working with Panzer’s, the project looked to convert a series of unused agricultural sheds into a campus of food production and retail set within the historic grade I listed estate and beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside.

Led by an agenda of conservation and adaptive re-use, the programme included business units to support local producers, a food hall, restaurant, farmer’s market, educational facilities and plant nursery – all set amongst a productive landscape to showcase regenerative farming methods and sustainable agriculture.

The scheme would invite visitors to engage with the origin and provenance of the food, with a hope to raise awareness of the environmental opportunities that exist through the improvement of our industrial farming practices.
