The Knight’s Hall

The refurbishment of a popular local community centre plays a pivotal role in this homes-led mixed-use scheme in south London.

The design references the material palette and language of the local period architecture, with pigmented concrete banding used to complement the red stock brick detailing that frames large glazed openings.

The development will also provide ground floor retail and 9 generously proportioned, dual aspect apartments set over 6 storeys. Each has a private balcony and access to a shared rooftop garden offering far-reaching panoramic views of the city.
