Paris Baguette

London, UK

Holland Harvey delivered Paris Baguette’s first two UK sites and flagship stores, set within the Grade II* listed Battersea Power station, and on the iconic High Street Kensington. The Korean-based brand offers a French bakery and patisserie experience and produce all their products on site.

At both sites we looked to celebrate the on-site production and skilled art of the patisserie process, providing a visual connection to the bakery and cake finishing room through a back-lit glazed screen, enhancing the experience and creating a dialogue between the customer and the production process.

The studio developed a considered material palette and design language for the store that built upon the existing brand, to create a new identity for their UK roll-out.

At Battersea, we worked within the constraints of the Grade II* listed structure, protecting existing features such as the faience tile clad columns.
