Miiro Templeton Garden

Templeton Garden is a terrace of seven Victorian townhouses in Earl’s Court, west London, converted into a hotel in the 1970s. The project seeks to completely refurbish the 156-bedroom hotel as part of a new brand family, Miiro.

Holland Harvey won consent for a new contemporary extension to the rear designed to emulate traditional Victorian conservatories and extends the building’s existing basement to provide additional space for guest amenities and back-of-house facilities.

The refurbishment includes the complete retrofit of the building to improve its environmental credentials and reduce its energy usage. It includes an overhaul of the building’s MEP systems with major upgrades to all systems and a switch from gas to electric.

The project is expected to be completed in 2025.
